Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring that all processes are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of materials and products.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipment status, and team performance.
Assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of warehouse staff.
