About The Position

Imperial Beverage is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Team Lead to join their team in Kalamazoo. This full-time position involves picking and loading cases of beer, wine, and spirits in a fast-paced environment. The role requires leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with a team. The shift is Monday-Thursday nights, with hours extending until all orders are picked and delivery trucks are loaded. This position offers a great workout, opportunities for overtime, and a chance to work with a great team.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
18 years of age or older
Leadership skills
Basic computer skills to use an iPod and warehouse management software
Flexibility to work with varying shift end times
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet goals with accuracy
Ability to lift and carry an average of 30 pounds, repetitively, and move up to 165 pounds
Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per day

Forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities

Pick cases of beverages assigned through an iPod.
Use a pallet jack to move product and organize cases on a skid.
Wrap skids to secure cases for shipping.
Print skid tags and place skids in the loading zone.
Provide direction and support to teammates.
Assist Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
Organize product returns and empty kegs based on truck routes.
Determine which trucks should be loaded with which product.
Assist in moving delivery trucks into truck bays for loading.
Load wrapped skids on trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
