About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Team Lead. The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 per hour. This role involves developing and leading employees in a consolidated warehouse, analyzing material availability to optimize manufacturing lead times, and reporting key inventory statistics to management. The position also supports inventory visibility projects, assists with picking processes, and leads physical inventory analysis.

Requirements

Minimum five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of Materials Management strategies, MRP systems, and material flow.
Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Develop and Lead all employees working in consolidated warehouse.
Analyzes and identifies opportunities focused on material availability to achieve optimal manufacturing lead times.
Schedules and coordinates training activities for new employees as needed.
Report to the Material Planning Manager and Supply Chain Manager on a frequent basis, key inventory statistics that support the plant’s goals and objectives.
Support these statistics with appropriate data, charts, root cause analysis and action plans.
Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of inventory visibility projects.
Help develop and assist in picking process inside consolidated warehouse.
Support Physical Inventory (two events per year) planning and lead the in-depth inventory analysis efforts based on results.
