About The Position

The Warehouse Team Leader performs leadership duties to assist the Warehouse Manager in the implementation and supervision of all Warehouse employees. Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees. Pack and prepare orders, and maintain inventory levels.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of prior warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds frequently.
• Walking and standing on a frequent and possibly prolonged basis.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, climb and balance on a regular basis.
