About The Position

Imperial Beverage is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Team Lead to join their team in Kalamazoo. This full-time position involves working Monday-Thursday nights from 6:30 pm until all orders are picked and delivery trucks are loaded. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well in a team. This role offers a great workout, the opportunity for overtime, and a chance to work with a great team. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills to use an iPod and warehouse management software.
• Flexibility to work with varying shift end times.
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet goals with accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 30 pounds, repetitively, and move up to 165 pounds.
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per day.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and load cases of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Collect pallet jack, scanner, and iPod.
• Use a pallet jack to move product and organize cases on a skid.
• Wrap skids to secure cases for shipping.
• Print skid tags and place skids in the loading zone.
• Provide direction and support to teammates.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
• Organize product returns and empty kegs based on truck routes.
• Determine which trucks should be loaded with which product.
• Assist in moving delivery trucks into truck bays for loading.
• Load wrapped skids on trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
