About The Position

As the Warehouse Team Lead (Outbound), you will support the Distribution Centre Supervisor in leading daily warehouse operations while helping ensure every customer order is shipped accurately, safely, and on time. This position is based in our Niagara-on-the-Lake, Distribution Centre and is an onsite role.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment, with previous leadership or team coordination experience considered an asset.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using warehouse technology or the ability to quickly learn warehouse management systems, RF devices, and other operational software.
A collaborative leadership style with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to customer service and workplace safety.
The ability to perform the physical requirements of an active warehouse environment, including lifting up to 60 lbs. and standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily outbound operations by assigning work, monitoring workflow, and adjusting resources to meet shipping priorities.
Lead by example by actively participating in warehouse operations while coaching and supporting team members throughout the shift.
Identify production bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and collaborate with Supervisors and other Team Leads to maintain productivity.
Support the onboarding and training of new Team Schein Members, helping them build the knowledge and confidence to succeed.
Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies and warehouse safety standards.
Assist with daily operational activities including staffing coverage, outbound documentation, transfer shipments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
