About The Position
This position will be responsible for fulfilling deployment/recovery requests related to hardware utilized by our users. Fulfillment includes stocking, picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping hardware. This position will also be responsible for detailed inventory management and break/fix operations. Example Time Allocation: 60% fulfillment of hardware incidents, including picking and shipment of hardware; 15% inventory tracking and reconciliation; 15% configuration/application of firmware; 10% break/fix operations.
