About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable, hands on Warehouse Supervisor to lead nightly warehouse operations for our moving and storage division. This role ensures trucks, equipment, and materials are fully prepared for next day jobs while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, and comfortable performing skilled labor when needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years warehouse, logistics, or moving industry experience
• Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred
• Forklift Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily and/or nightly workflow
• Oversee loading, staging, and unloading of trucks
• Maintain inventory of pads, cartons, dollies, and equipment
• Ensure trucks are fueled, stocked, and ready for dispatch
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Secure the facility and yard at end of shift
• Step in to perform physical labor equivalent to 1.5 to 2 Movers when required
