About The Position

This supervisor is trained and certified to perform multiple operational roles to accommodate alternative schedules and increase operational flexibility. The position analyzes and plans the center’s daily package dispatch, handles operational service issues, and reviews previous dispatch results to maximize service performance and streamline routes. The supervisor coordinates operational needs and efforts to support internal and external customer satisfaction, provides customer service support, and facilitates the smooth execution of operational procedures and management of systems.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
• Must be trained and certified to perform multiple operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and plan the center’s daily package dispatch.
• Handle operational service issues, including on-call Air pickups, heavy pick-up accounts, and unforeseen events.
• Analyze previous dispatch results to maximize service performance and streamline routes.
• Coordinate operational needs and efforts to support internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Provide customer service support, including answering messages and concerns, handling call tags, and conducting destination follow-ups.
• Facilitate the smooth execution of operational procedures and management of systems.
• Perform multiple operational roles to accommodate alternative schedules and increase operational flexibility.
