Part Time Warehouse Supervisor
About The Position
The Warehouse Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements, manages department resources for maximum output and efficiency, and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. It supports employee growth through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, and coaching.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
- Management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
