Warehouse Supervisor
About The Position
The PDC Supervisor is the front‑line leader responsible for daily execution, safety, quality, and customer service. This role ensures consistent performance on the shop floor while supporting adoption of digital tools, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a practical understanding of how daily decisions impact service, labor efficiency, and cost. It involves applying Lean and basic industrial engineering concepts to front‑line problem solving, interpreting dashboards and performance data with business context, and understanding quality, safety, productivity, and service tradeoffs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role and/or bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
- Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field of study
- Manufacturing supervisory experience
