Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor - AM
About The Position
The Warehouse Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. This is a seasonal position. The schedule is flexible, up to five days per week, with shifts approximately from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; shift times may vary depending on business needs and location. The position requires the ability to lift 70 pounds (32 kilograms) and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 pounds (32 kilograms).
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week; approximate shift times are 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., subject to business needs and location.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the United States for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and operate in compliance with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
- Implement employee personal development plans as required.
- Ensure department employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
- Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
