Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience and 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment.
Completion of Grade 12, with the willingness and ability to pursue additional relevant training.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate proficiency in Excel with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.
Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling processes.
Forklift and powered equipment experience (or the ability and willingness to obtain certification through company-provided training).

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling activities.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse operations.
Conduct performance reviews, manage schedules and timesheets, and support recruitment, investigations, and employee engagement activities.
