About The Position

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for carrying out inventory and warehouse duties utilizing knowledge in Rocky product lines, product codes and packaging. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm at our Workshop in Canmore, Alberta.

Requirements

Capable of handing physically demanding work and must be comfortable lifting and handling weight up to 50lbs (23kg)
Goal/task-oriented with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, self-motivated, self-starter
Intermediate written and spoken English skills
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to learn and adapt easily to new methods
Competent in basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide)
Ability to work in a highly scented environment
Legally authorized to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

Previous forklift experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload skids and boxes of products, either manually and/or with a forklift
Ensure the accuracy of inventory both digitally and physically
Support the Warehouse Supervisor to complete cycle counts
Execute timely restocking of warehouse shelves to ensure the availability of the inventory at all times
Some lifting of medium to heavy weight containers up to 50lbs
Uphold a clean and organized work environment, including the maintenance of equipment and workspace cleanliness
