Requirements

• Customer Service focused and fluent in NCE warehouse & system processes
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter, Team player with the ability to lead others
• Previous warehouse experience mandatory
• Accurate, dependable, and punctual
• Detail oriented
• Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and generate warehouse metrics and dashboards
• Assign orders to order fillers
• Facilitate daily flow of workers to achieve maximum efficiency
• Facilitate discrepancy resolution
• Oversee checking orders, order filling, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting
• Act as a backup to Warehouse Leads and other key areas
• Train, lead, and mentor new and existing warehouse associates
• Facilitate associate performance reviews, evaluations, and daily huddles
• Perform other duties as assigned
