About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and task-oriented individual to join our team as a night shift Warehouse Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling orders, assisting with dispatching parts, checking in returns, maintaining warehouse organization, and fostering teamwork to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service. You will play a key part in ensuring our field technicians have the necessary parts to complete their jobs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory ability
  • Valid Driver's license and acceptable DMV record
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced stressful environment
  • Experience in computer data entry within databases and spreadsheets
  • Ability to enter data in "real time" quickly and accurately
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to tactfully and diplomatically diffuse contentious situations
  • Ability to recognize and establish priorities
  • Ability to coach and develop members for improvement
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly analyze a situation and provide an effective solution
  • High performance team player with a commitment to company values
  • Ability to maintain safe work practices and adhere to company safety standards
  • Ability to become forklift certified
  • Ability to fluently speak, write, and read in the English language
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have reliable attendance
  • Able to perceive and distinguish emotions in telephone conversations
  • Able to concentrate on tasks on a consistent basis
  • Able to input data to PC and review stored data; able to input and retrieve data by using Company electronic equipment or similar, compatible electronic equipment
  • Able to use office equipment such as: PC equipment, FAX machine, photocopy machine; voice mail, and postage machine

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of Leadership and Supervisory experience
  • Three (3) years of Warehouse/Inventory Control experience

Responsibilities

  • Pull orders and assist with dispatching parts to field technicians.
  • Check in returns from install jobs and add parts back to stock.
  • Clean and organize the warehouse to ensure easy tracking of materials.
  • Help keep the team moving in the same direction by creating accountability and encouraging teamwork.
  • Ensure everyone has what they need to get the job done for customers.
