2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor
About The Position
WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse activities, including receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory. This is a second-shift position with direct oversight of warehouse associates and opportunities to create training and employee engagement programs that support employee growth. The supervisor ensures retail and freight orders are shipped promptly and efficiently, troubleshoots order issues, prioritizes work based on daily workload, and looks for ways to improve productivity while keeping safety a top concern. The role trains department leads and team members on processes, policies, procedures, and safety protocols; enforces company requirements; communicates shift concerns to relevant parties; and assists customer service representatives with questions about customer orders. The supervisor also troubleshoots the conveyor system, oversees special projects, accepts management-assigned tasks, and helps foster a positive work environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse software.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Ensure retail and freight orders are shipped promptly and efficiently to support customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot orders with issues.
- Train department leads to use new processes.
- Work with personnel to find ways to increase productivity while maintaining safety.
- Enforce company guidelines, policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Oversee employees and prioritize duties based on daily workload.
- Communicate concerns or issues arising during the shift to relevant supervisors, management, HR, and other parties.
- Communicate by email and assist customer service representatives with questions or concerns about customer orders.
- Troubleshoot the conveyor system.
- Accept special tasks or duties requested by management.
- Create a positive work environment.
- Oversee special projects as needed.
- Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside the department.
