About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead by example on the floor. This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills and experience operating warehouse equipment. The position works Monday through Friday from 6 AM until completion, approximately 3 PM, in a warehouse/distribution setting with a cooler/freezer dock.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Warehouse equipment operation experience, including forklift, pallet jack, and clamp operation.
• Strong computer skills.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours and stay until the job is complete.

Nice To Haves

• Previous site supervision or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and workflow.
• Unload incoming freight and oversee proper handling of materials.
• Sort and segregate inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality assurance audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Use computer systems for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including a forklift, pallet jack, and clamp machine.
• Support and guide team members to meet productivity and quality expectations.
