About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, internal material flow, and operational supply continuity across the organization. This role ensures materials, supplies, packaging, and operational assets are properly received, stored, tracked, replenished, and distributed to support uninterrupted business operations. The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for maintaining warehouse organization, inventory integrity, operational responsiveness, and cross-functional coordination with internal departments and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
  • Certification or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
  • Forklift certification required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds overhead
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow execution
  • Receive and process inbound shipments from parcel and freight carriers
  • Coordinate purchase order receiving, quantity verification, quality inspections, and discrepancy resolution
  • Coordinate with procurement regarding incoming, pending, and overdue purchase orders
  • Assist with vendor appointment scheduling and coordination
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records
  • Perform weekly Kanban counts, cycle counts, and monthly inventory audits
  • Collaborate with procurement to monitor, replenish, and maintain continuity of critical operational inventory
  • Support internal customers with operational material needs, including Purchasing, Retail, Marketing, Distribution, Compliance, HR, Facilities, and Operations
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of operational and retail material requests
  • Track slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and recommend reorder point improvements
  • Maintain inventory organization, warehouse cleanliness, and operational readiness
  • Supervise warehouse support staff
  • Delegate daily tasks and monitor completion
  • Manage timecards, attendance, and productivity expectations
  • Reinforce operational standards, accountability, and SOP compliance
  • Serve as the primary warehouse contact for operational departments
  • Maintain Red Tag processes and asset control systems
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs related to inventory accuracy and fulfillment
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, inventory risks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Escalate supply shortages, delays, inventory discrepancies, or operational risks proactively
  • Support implementation of new warehouse systems, workflows, and operational improvement projects
  • Provide recommendations for warehouse layout and workflow improvements
