About The Position

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity within our warehouse operation. You will be responsible for overseeing assigned office and warehouse personnel while actively tracking, reporting, and driving improvement initiatives for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

Effective communication and leadership skills.
Proven analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Intermediate proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, analytics or related field or equivalent work experience.

Monitor, maintain and drive improvement initiatives for KPIs to ensure warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Generate regular reports to track performance against set benchmarks.
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product accuracy.
Monitor and enforce quality standards in warehouse operation.
Collaborate with quality control team to continuously improve processes.
