About The Position

Yanfeng is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the inventory and reliability of materials in raw material warehouses, WIP, and Shipments. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials, and ensuring the proper rotation of materials using the PEPS system (first entries, first departures/FIFO). The supervisor will also manage human resources for task distribution, record the receiving and distribution of goods, participate in improvement projects, update stock levels, and participate in annual inventory. Adherence to YF iOS work instructions, environmental protection requirements, and safety protocols is crucial. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment, conducting safety audits, and addressing potential hazards promptly. Additionally, all employees must understand and meet requirements related to International Operating System (IOS), Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Product Safety, Compliance, and Information Security. Employees must also comply with all company policies and procedures, be able to work additional hours/overtime as needed, multitask, interact professionally, and maintain predictable attendance.

Requirements

High School Graduate or Equivalent
Area of Study: General Studies/Supply Chain Management or similar
Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with warehouse/materials supervision with previous experience supervising people.
1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry preferred.
Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
Valid unrestricted driver’s license
Able to pass forklift certification testing.
Detail oriented.
Experience with Microsoft systems
Experience with warehouse management systems.
Experienced coaching employees (performance reviews/corrective actions)
Counting/Basic math skills

Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.
Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Ensure that the inventory and reliability of materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments
Manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the PEPS system (first entries, first departures/FIFO)
Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.
Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse.
Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.
Update of stock level for Material coordinators
Participate in annual inventory.
Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management.
Follow legal and other requirements concerning environment protection.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Conduct regular safety audits and address potential hazards promptly.
