About The Position

The individuals selected for this position are responsible for monitoring and supervising a team’s efficiency and ensuring company goals and objectives are being met by each employee. This role has supervisory responsibilities, and candidates must understand and execute subordinates' job functions. The position requires the ability to learn and perform various subordinate job descriptions, including those of warehouse associates, drivers, and cleaning crew. It also involves maintaining inventory integrity, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring on-time customer order delivery. The role requires partnering with upper management for employee coaching and training, creating employee schedules, and monitoring attendance and punctuality. The supervisor must efficiently carry out management directives, ensure a clean workplace, and work in accordance with safety regulations. Strong time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks and meeting daily demands. Availability to travel to local and state facilities is required, and attendance and timeliness are mandatory. This is not a remote position.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Must be over the age of 21.
Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos.
Ability to talk and communicate with coworkers and guests.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Ability to create scheduling and delegating tasks, plan meetings, share and configuring calendars electronically.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without the aid of a calculator or abacus.
Proficient in conflict resolution, leadership, time and priority management.
