At Ferraro Foods, our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in leading the team, managing workflow, and keeping product moving so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it. We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who’s a strong leader, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in driving performance and supporting their team.

Requirements

Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (including refrigerated and freezer areas)
Ability to lift, move, and support physical tasks (up to 80 lbs as needed)
Strong work ethic and accountability

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, selection, and shipping
Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to drive productivity and accuracy
Manage staffing, workflow, and shift priorities to meet operational demands
Monitor performance and hold team members accountable to expectations
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines
Support inventory processes including product rotation, cycle counts, and organization
Oversee safe operation and proper use of warehouse equipment
Communicate daily updates, issues, and performance to leadership
Step in and support operations as needed to keep the warehouse running smoothly
