About The Position

Kiokii Inc is seeking a hands-on and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, team management, and inventory control. This role ensures efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience with people management responsibilities
Must have valid BC forklift license
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Reliable with the ability to commute daily to the warehouse location
Able to uplift 15kgs and familiar with pallet jacket operation

Nice To Haves

Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, fashion retail, or pharmacy warehouse operations is highly preferred
Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese communication, with the ability to read Chinese, are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet operational timelines
Ensure efficient workflow and optimize warehouse processes
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support and guidance
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock control
Ensure proper organization and storage of products
Conduct regular checks to maintain data accuracy and minimize discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
Operate forklifts and oversee safe equipment usage within the warehouse
Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational issues
Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs
