Job Responsibilities Ensure the assigned area of responsibility complies with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by developing, distributing, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Prepare, review, and analyze business reports, and utilize data to identify operational improvement opportunities (e.g., production, quality, and safety). Complete and prioritize work assignments using company policies, data, and available resources. Collaborate with managers, associates, customers, and other business partners to identify deadlines and expectations, execute tasks, communicate progress, and recommend solutions to improvement opportunities. Ensure associate, customer, and supplier concerns are identified and resolved, and adapt effectively to changing priorities and feedback. Assist in resolving daily associate challenges by communicating with production managers, monitoring QA inventory capacity, resolving freight issues, and providing subject matter expert contacts or engaging other managers as needed. Manage associates within the area of responsibility by directing and assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing timely feedback. Model plant policies and procedures, identify training and development needs, and support hiring, promotion, coaching, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions as appropriate. Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Support plans and initiatives aligned with customer and business needs, communicate goals and objectives, build accountability, measure progress, identify improvement opportunities, and promote continuous learning and adaptability. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning responsibilities, recognizing performance, and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging. Manage work plans, workloads, and staffing to meet deadlines by proactively addressing problems, resolving delays, and using systems and tools to audit progress and identify issues early within a shift. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans, supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing guidance on applying these principles in daily business processes and practices. The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
