About The Position

This position is responsible for the coordination of operations throughout the hospital on a given shift, off shifts, weekends and holidays. The person is responsible for ensuring that all standards of performance in the patient care process are met. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
Minimum of two years experience as an RN.
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all standards of performance in the patient care process are met.
Demonstrates and communicates the hospital’s core values and core processes.
Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure holistic patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Analyzes information, develops and implements plan of care, evaluates results and makes adjustments as needed.
Integrates experience and critical thinking skills to ensure safe patient care.
Establishes priorities among departments and adjusts accordingly when needed.
Assists nursing from a clinical standpoint when needed.
Assumes leadership role during clinical/safety codes.
