Requirements
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
- Willingness to work overtime when scheduled
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently and 90 pounds via team-lift
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
- Accurately pick, stage, and store product in designated warehouse locations
- Build pallets and containers while maintaining organized work areas
- Use RF scanners or voice-directed systems to complete daily tasks
- Maintain inventory accuracy and prioritize product safety
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
