About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations in Commerce, GA. This role is responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks/order pickers) to move, locate, stack, and track materials within a fast-paced facility.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and prior forklift experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck preferred)
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights (if using order picker)
• Basic math and reading skills for inventory and order picking
• Strong attention to detail and safety

Nice To Haves

• RF scanner experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and/or order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner
• Move materials throughout the warehouse, including loading, unloading, and put-away
• Accurately pick and stage orders based on work instructions or RF scanner systems
• Perform inventory tasks such as cycle counting and product verification
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and OSHA guidelines
