Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for their 1st shift. Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Team mindset
• Comfortable with technology; The role uses hand held devices as well as Autonomous Mobile Robot systems for picking customer orders
• Commitment to quality and productivity expectations

Responsibilities

• Safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders following established pick and pack processes.
• Scan labels and count the correct amount ordered.
• Ensure products are properly packaged, protected, and presented in a professional manner.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase shared profits.
