Requirements

• One year experience in warehouse pick/pack
• Proficient keyboard and computer skills
• Strong counting and ability to read
• General knowledge of shipping carriers and services
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Constant standing and/or moving around
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
• Occasionally bend
• Occasionally squat or kneel
• Comfortable with heights up to five racks

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating forklifts, man-up order pickers and riding pallet jacks preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently ship product to our customers.
• Picking and preparing fulfillment orders and production shipments.
• Proper packaging for designated shipping method.
• Processing shipments through our shipping systems.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Read and understand the production job ticket and fulfillment pick lists.
• Run forklifts, man-up order pickers, and riding pallet jacks.
• Ensure that product is properly packages and prepared for shipment.
• Pack orders made up of multiple items into boxes.
• Assist in the implementation of ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Assure that all safety procedures and policies are followed.
• Keep work areas clean.
