Warehouse Specialist- PHX
About The Position
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to assist with daily operations, including dispatching parcels and assigning tasks to Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). This role involves monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement, and developing quality assurance protocols. The specialist will conduct daily control meetings, performance reviews, and recruit/onboard qualified DSPs. Additionally, the position supports fleet operations, task distribution, coordination with internal and external partners, and handling daily operations and emergency responses. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Bilingual Mandarin required
- Minimum 0-11 years in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Assist daily operations including dispatch parcel and assign tasks to DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
- Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
- Design training to improve service quality.
- Support fleet operations, task distribution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.
