2nd Shift Warehouse Specialist

Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for the 2nd shift. Requirements
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Team mindset
- Comfortable with technology; The role uses hand held devices as well as Autonomous Mobile Robot systems for picking customer orders
- Commitment to quality and productivity expectations
- Ability to work with required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Stand and walk for periods of up to 8 hours
- Ability to reach, twist, bend
- Manual dexterity and repetitive motion
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders following established pick and pack processes.
- Scan labels and count the correct amount ordered.
- Ensure products are properly packaged, protected, and presented in a professional manner.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase shared profits.
