Warehouse Specialist – 2nd Shift - Hiring Immediately! Monday - Friday, 2:25pm-10:25pm Hanover, New Hampshire Starting pay for this position is $20.65/hour plus 10% shift differential. Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Team mindset
• Comfortable with technology; The role uses hand held devices as well as Autonomous Mobile Robot systems for picking customer orders
• Commitment to quality and productivity expectations

Responsibilities

• Safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders following established pick and pack processes; scanning labels, and counting the correct amount ordered.
• Ensure products are properly packaged, protected, and presented in a professional manner.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase shared profits.
