About The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our growing, innovative team. This role is responsible for assisting operations of DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting quality assurance protocols. The ideal candidate will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability. This specialist role does not require extensive prior experience and is a great fit for individuals who are detail-oriented, responsible, and possess solid communication skills. On-the-job training will be provided through a rotational approach with different supervisors overseeing various tasks.

Requirements

Fluent in both Chinese and English (written & spoken).
Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across dispatch, drivers, warehouse, and customer service teams.
Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Comfortable with phone and email communication.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and have solid communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Customer service or warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staffs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Support and enforce quality assurance protocols.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
Participate in daily control meetings and performance reviews.
Recruit qualified DSPs/Staffing Agencies and provide onboarding.
Design training to improve service quality.
Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.
Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
