About The Position

As the Warehouse Specialist for Rolls-Royce, you will be responsible for general warehouse duties in our Aircraft Supply Centre in accordance with the storage plan of the site. In this role, you will primarily be working in an outside environment and you will perform routine and scheduled inventories, reporting any deterioration or damages to stored material. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years’ experience working in a warehouse
  • Ability to work varying shifts and overtime
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Must be a US citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to obtain a Forklift license
  • NALCOMIS experience preferred
  • Experience of working with tools
  • Awareness of safety procedures
  • At least 1 year of experience driving a forklift

Responsibilities

  • Verification of materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies or damage
  • Receiving parts from vendors and/or other sites and the shipping of parts to vendors and/or other sites and determining and establishing storage locations for material routing
  • Maintain, store, stack or palletize materials in accordance with the storage plan of the site
  • Issue material to customers, remove material from storage and prepare for shipment
  • Ability to work at least 10% overtime hours, when needed or required and also, available for Service Support on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, hold and carry up to 50 pounds unaided
