We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations and ensure technicians have the parts, tools, and equipment needed to complete customer jobs efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Commercial driver’s license, EPA certification, or forklift license may be required depending on location
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs
- Stage materials and equipment so technicians are fully prepared for daily work
- Stock service vehicles with required parts and supplies
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
- Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks
- Maintain and track inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate warranty returns and vendor shipments
- Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks when needed
- Keep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needs
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and purchases
