About The Position

QC Supply is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Specialist in Schuyler, Nebraska. This role manages inventory transactions from product receipt through customer shipment. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will help keep our supply chain moving by maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. You will help ensure products move smoothly from arrival to delivery. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and seeing work through from start to finish, this could be a great fit for you.

Requirements

  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted and stand or walk throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and general office equipment.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills to balance customer service and warehouse duties.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably with inventory control knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adjust to changing work needs.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, ability to read and understand basic English, and a balanced focus on team and individual responsibilities.
  • Follow company values, policies, and safety and security procedures.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 100% of the shift in a distribution center environment.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime.

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse, distribution, or agricultural industry experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agriculture-related parts and equipment is a plus.
  • Willingness to continue learning about products, systems, and the industry.
  • Current forklift certification with experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
  • Ability to use portable warehouse technology and Microsoft Office products in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, stage, and stock incoming products while keeping the inventory system accurate.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and vendor orders for safe shipment.
  • Assist walk-in customers, process payments, and advise customers on agriculture and equipment parts.
  • Keep warehouse and retail areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Verify incoming shipments and accurately record receipts in the inventory management system.
  • Stage, stock, and organize incoming freight in assigned warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer, QC site, and vendor partner orders for secure shipment.
  • Support product transfers and stocking for the QC Supply on-site retail space.
  • Complete routine cycle counts and physical inventories while helping maintain appropriate stock levels to prevent shortages.
  • Keep the warehouse, stockroom, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
  • Process transactions in ERP systems, operate office equipment, and use computer software efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful approach and support teammates or other duties as assigned.
