About The Position

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by maintaining order accuracy, meeting shipping deadlines, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to accurately read and follow work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory records.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (MHE).
  • Shipping experience with major carriers and online shipping platforms.
  • Inventory control and cycle count experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick products and materials according to customer orders using packing slips.
  • Verify product quantities, order numbers, and order accuracy before shipment.
  • Properly pack products to ensure safe delivery and compliance with shipping requirements.
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation.
  • Process shipments through various carrier systems (FedEx, LTL, etc.).
  • Stage completed orders for outbound shipment.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and shipping deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping work area.
