About The Position
FieldBridge Energy is looking for a Parts & Warehouse Specialist in Casper, WY. This role supports customer order processing, parts identification, and warehouse operations for an oil and gas equipment distributor. The ideal candidate brings a blend of customer service, ERP system proficiency, and hands-on warehouse experience including forklift operation.
Requirements
- ERP system experience required (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent)
- Forklift and reach truck operating experience required (sit-down propane and/or standup electric)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of oilfield equipment preferred
- Ability to read and understand drawings and prints preferred
- High school diploma or GED highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries, generate sales orders, and submit quotations via phone, email, and fax in a timely manner
- Receive, pick, pack, label, and ship products accurately while maintaining inventory control and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks for material handling and movement throughout the warehouse
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, buyers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth order flow and on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate quotation and order files per company policies and participate in shop inspections and HSE activities
