The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks, including inventory handling, order picking, shipment processing, shipping/receiving, and maintaining organized storage areas.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a company vehicle/truck.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
Team-oriented with effective communication skills.

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; verify contents against purchase orders.
Pick, stage, package and process outgoing shipments accurately and securely.
Maintain organized warehouse areas, ensuring products are properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible.
Track, record, and update inventory levels in the system.
Load and unload trucks, operating forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
Drive a company truck to pick up and drop off parts, supplies, and materials between facilities.
Ensure all deliveries and transfers are completed safely, on schedule, and with proper documentation.
Assist with cycle counts, audits, and general warehouse upkeep.
Follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or concerns to management.
