About The Position
Ace Hardware is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for the Receiving Department on 2nd shift. The role supports Ace retailers by helping warehouse teams receive and process products for independent hardware stores. Warehouse Specialists contribute to a safe work environment, perform quality work, meet productivity goals, maintain good attendance, and cross-train in other departments. The position also calls for demonstrating Ace’s values of Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork. The scheduled shift is Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour, with possible adjustment based on education, experience, work location, and other stated factors.
Responsibilities
- Participate in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Demonstrate quality work performance.
- Support stores and owners by meeting productivity goals.
- Maintain good attendance and help the team.
- Cross-train in other departments to expand warehouse knowledge.
