The Coordinator, Slotting will support an efficient warehouse by assigning products to pick and reserve slots and performing clerical and warehouse slotting duties. This role utilizes Manhattan software to slot products in all warehouse areas (dry, cooler, freezer, PIR) to promote a safe working environment, maximize warehouse efficiency, and minimize errors. The position involves performing accurate slotting of new items as well as daily slotting moves to increase productivity and cases per pallet. The Coordinator will also monitor, research, and respond to Slot Check inquiries, support Inventory Control to research and reconcile damaged product, and support daily replenishment priorities. Regular audits (aisle audits, rack labels, TI/HI, and pallet put-aways) are also a key part of the role, along with communicating daily with warehouse leadership about work status, receiving errors, or safety concerns. Other duties may be assigned by the manager.
