About The Position

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. Join our team to become part of a member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow. This role is part of our Omnium business who is a loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products. As a Warehouse Shuttle Truck Driver, you will be a valued team member who will perform tasks essential to our warehouse operations: coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, pack and load product using a forklift, organize storage areas, assist with cycle counts, and maintain a safe, clean work area. You will also transport materials to and from manufacturing plant and nearby warehouse. You will be working in the warehouse the majority of the time.

Requirements

Age: 21 years or older
Current driver’s license
Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Forklift driving experience
Basic computer skills
