LabCorp is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team at 2033 County Road C2 West Roseville, MN 55113 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Requirements

  • No experience or education required

Nice To Haves

  • Current or Prior Labcorp experience
  • 1 or more years of experience working in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders
  • 1 or more years of experience with warehouse equipment such as a forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Very punctual with strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to problem solve customer issues
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
  • Experience with UPS WorldShip & FedEx shipping programs
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Inspect products for damage, shortages, or defects
  • Unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand carts
  • Label, tag, and barcode incoming inventory
  • Record receipts in warehouse management or inventory systems
  • Route materials to appropriate storage locations or departments
  • Communicate discrepancies or damages to supervisors or vendors
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders according to shipping schedules
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment
  • Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of landing and packing lists
  • Load outbound shipments safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery
  • Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Follow safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
