About The Position
As a Shipping Lead, you are part of the Shipping team that ensures the shipping functions at your facility run in an efficient manner to guarantee customer satisfaction. Job Description Description Distribute outbound loads to the Selectors for selection of product Ensure that trailers are at the correct doors in a timely fashion Communicate trailer temperature needs and verify as correct Work with the Warehouse management to ensure all dispatch times are met for outbound loads Work with the Shipping Clerks to closely manage all shipping functions Enter and adjust information in the WMS system to ensure accurate information is transmitted to the necessary personnel There may be other duties assigned to you as needed by your supervisor
