Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with technology and packaging tools
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stay active on your feet
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting

Nice To Haves

• Prior reach truck/fork lift experience is a plus but we will train the right person from scratch
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure all outgoing orders are accurate and match neighbor specifications.
• Protect items by securely packaging them for safe delivery.
• Ensure every order is ready for timely delivery, meeting high standards of quality.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace while working quickly and accurately.
• Work together to keep the shipping process running smoothly.
