Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
- Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience and /or training; or an equivalent combination of educations and experience
- Experience with warehouse equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
- Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Nice To Haves
- Multiple warehouse management system training preferred
Responsibilities
- Assigns order or dock task to the appropriate personnel
- Coordinates with the CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts
- Ships individual product orders using a Fed-Ex or UPS shipping system
- Stocks and maintains shipping area with supplies and equipment
- Ensures address labels are correct by verifying against pick ticket
