About The Position

The Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods in and out of our facility. In this position, the Warehouse/Shipping Coordinator coordinates shipping operations, manages inventory, and collaborates with various departments to maintain seamless logistics processes.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in an ERP system

Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to maintain optimal supply.
Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
Schedule and oversee deliveries, ensuring efficient routing and timely distribution of goods.
Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to negotiate rates and resolve shipping issues.
Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all shipping and inventory transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory and shipments.
Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations and reduce costs.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping and delivery issues.
Ensure proper labeling and packaging of products for shipment.
Monitor and report on performance metrics related to warehouse and shipping activities.
