About The Position

As a Shipping Clerk at Fenix Parts, you will support logistics operations by processing shipments of automotive parts and helping ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes shipping and receiving small packages through third-party carriers, inspecting parts before shipment, entering shipment information into the YMS system, preparing parts for dispatch on company delivery trucks, and performing general warehouse duties. The position also requires safe forklift operation and maintaining a clean, debris-free workspace. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the evening shift.

Requirements

• Prior experience in shipping or warehouse roles.
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly move or lift up to 75 pounds.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift operation experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving of small packages through third-party carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet Fenix quality standards before shipment.
• Enter shipping information accurately into the YMS system.
• Organize and prepare parts for dispatch on Fenix delivery trucks.
• Perform general warehouse tasks in addition to shipping duties.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace free of debris.
