About The Position
Phase Technologies, a fast-growing, people-first electronics manufacturer, is seeking a motivated individual to join their Warehouse & Shipping Team. The role involves moving materials on the manufacturing floor, preparing and packing products for shipment, stocking shelves, occasionally building wood pallets, and contributing ideas for process improvement. The company emphasizes a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- A solid work history and a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Forklift skills (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing, shipping, or receiving (preferred but not required)
- Microsoft Office is a plus
Responsibilities
- Moving materials across the end-to-end manufacturing floor
- Prepping and packing products for shipment
- Stocking shelves with parts
- Occasionally building wood pallets
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Sharing ideas to make things faster, smoother, and smarter
